**Allied Vehicles Euro 6 Side Exit Exhaust – T304 Stainless Steel** **Direct replacement for Allied-converted Euro 6 side exit exhaust systems.** Brand Keltec Manufactured in-house from T304 stainless steel using CNC tube bending equipment, this exhaust has been designed to provide an accurate fit while addressing one of the most common issues found on these vehicles – middle section sag. Features * Manufactured from T304 stainless steel. * CNC formed for a consistent, accurate fit. * Stainless steel clamp and new rubber hangers included. * Retrofit slip-joint design helps prevent the centre section from drooping (see product images). * Every exhaust is test-fitted with a genuine NOx sensor before dispatch to ensure the sensor thread is correct. Installation Installation requires the cone section to be cut from the original DPF assembly. This forms part of the installation procedure and allows the replacement exhaust to be fitted correctly. If your vehicle has a B&M aftermarket DPF fitted, please contact us before ordering. We can alter the joint to ensure compatibility. NOx Sensor Information The original NOx sensor is often seized into the factory exhaust. In most cases it can be removed and reused, although occasionally the thread may be damaged during removal. If this happens, the thread will need to be re-tapped before the sensor can be refitted. Damage caused during removal or installation is not covered by warranty. We successfully remove and reuse approximately 95% of original NOx sensors. Fitting Professional fitting is available at our Leeds workshop. Peugeot Partner Tepee 1.6 HDi Euro 5 Rear Exit Exhaust – T304 Stainless Steel **Direct replacement rear exit exhaust for Peugeot Partner Tepee 1.6 HDi Euro 5 Allied conversions.** Brand Keltec Manufactured from T304 stainless steel and hand TIG welded in our Yorkshire workshop, this two-piece replacement system is designed to replace the sections of the original exhaust that most commonly require replacement, providing a durable and cost-effective alternative to replacing the complete system. Features * Manufactured from T304 stainless steel. * Hand TIG welded. * Two-piece replacement system. * Finishes at the nearside rear. * Stainless steel main clamps included. * Supplied with mild steel U-bolt clamps. * Exhaust assembly paste or sealant is recommended during installation (not included).
