Cost vs quality — that age-old conundrum. Do you opt for whoever’s cheapest or who can offer you the best value for money?
Our stance has always been this: we will not be the cheapest and we never intended to be... but you can 5x the quality of your exhaust without 5x-ing the cost.
Ultimately it always costs you MORE should you need to come to us after having poor work elsewhere.
How are our exhausts different?
Properly Engineered Sections
We take the time to make sure an exhaust can separate down into sections. We don’t believe in overlapping welded sections replacing sleeve joints. You should never have to cut an exhaust off to carry out other repairs on your car.
Aesthetic & Strong Welding
We have no need to hide cooked welding with silver paint. We take our time and weld on lower heat settings, giving an aesthetically pleasing colourful weld.
Precision Alignment
We go out of our way to make sure our silencers are level and true, and our tubes are run the best route... not the easiest.
Premium Materials Only
We only use T304 grade tube and silencers covered by a lifetime warranty. We will never use the inferior T409. Period.
Genuine Aftercare
In the unlikely case there’s an issue, we can make the time to put it right!
The Ugly Truth About Exhausts
A bad exhaust isn’t obvious like a bad paint job. From the outside, it’ll still have a shiny tailpipe and make a bit of noise, and plenty of people get fooled by that. But we’re car guys. We know it's what’s underneath that counts. Cowboys rely on you never crawling under the car to check their handiwork. This shield has protected some of the newbies in the game and also those big names who should know better.
We refuse to build like that. Just because most people will never see our work doesn’t give us an excuse to churn out rubbish. We build systems properly, because investing time in your work is ultimately an investment in your future.
In short: you might get a cheaper quote, but the comparison is not “like for like”. You’re not just buying an exhaust; you’re avoiding the bodge jobs, the shortcuts, the lies. You’re buying craftsmanship, longevity, and pride in metal that’ll still make sense ten years from now.
